The Big 5 personality test is based on the Five-Factor Model, an empirical based theory in psychology that states that there are five overarching dimensions of personality: Openness, Conscientiousness, Extroversion, Agreeableness, and Emotional Stability.

The enneagram test is based on a personality model founded on the teachings of O. Ichazo and C. Naranjo. In the model, there are 9 interconnected “typologies”. These are represented in the form of a geometric figure with 9 points called an enneagram.

The DISC model identifies predictable actions and personality traits. Psychologist Marston narrowed these predictable personality traits into four DISC personality types: Dominance (D), Influence (I), Steadiness (S), and Conscientiousness (C).
