TestGorilla refund Policy

At TestGorilla B.V. all our Paid Plans are annual subscriptions, with an upfront payment for the full calendar year based on the plan you select for your company to help you hire faster, easier, and bias-free.
From the moment you upgrade your account to any of our paid plans, this will enable you to use the platform, assessments, and candidates credits included in the plan for the following calendar year. If you decide to downgrade or cancel your subscription no refund will be issued for any unused months, assessments, or candidates credits since you will still be active on the platform and able to use them until the end of your yearly subscription.
We believe that our product is amazing, and you will be able to identify the results of a better data-driven candidate screening within the first 30 days of your subscription, therefore, we offer you a 30-day money-back guarantee policy in case our product does not deliver on its promise to help screen strong candidates for your open positions. The policy is not intended to use our service for free for 30 days but only offers refund in case you are not satisfied with the product.
We will refund you for the full year subscription as long as the following conditions are met:
- Your refund claim is within 30 days of your purchase requested
- You have tested one assessment with at least 1 external candidate
- You provide us with a reason why it did not deliver on the promise to support better hiring decisions
- Please note that there is no refund for add-on charges, if applicable
- Limited to one refund per customer and only on initial purchase (excluding renewals)
