Wouter Durville

CEO and Co-Founder

Wouter leads TestGorilla’s mission to make hiring faster, fairer, and more predictive. A former Bain & Company consultant and serial social entrepreneur, he’s a leading voice on skills-based hiring and DE&I, a WEF Global Innovators member, and a Netherlands 'Leading Entrepreneur in Tech' nominee.

Otto Verhage

COO and Co-Founder

Otto oversees operations, product, engineering, and customer success. Previously a Partner at Bain & Company, he brings deep expertise in strategy, growth, and customer experience.

Claudia Baijens

VP of Product

Claudia leads TestGorilla’s product, UX, IP development, and research teams. With 10+ years in SaaS, consulting, and international expansion—and an MBA from Columbia Business School—she drives product strategy to execution and is a powerful advocate for women in leadership.

Olive Turon

Head of People and Culture 

Olive drives the company’s inclusive, purpose-led culture and organizational growth. She brings rich experience from Google, FinTech, and HR Tech, shaping strategies into operational reality.

Gordon Tobin

VP of Sales

Gordon leads global sales with a proven track record of scaling businesses across continents. He is passionate about building high-performing teams, fostering strong cultures, and delivering value to customers.

Romina da Costa

Product Director (IP Development)

Romina leads TestGorilla’s evaluation tools, designing predictive, skills-based assessments for the future of work. With SaaS leadership experience and a PhD on gender bias in engineering careers, she’s passionate about building tools that promote fairer hiring.
