CEO and Co-Founder
Wouter leads TestGorilla’s mission to make hiring faster, fairer, and more predictive. A former Bain & Company consultant and serial social entrepreneur, he’s a leading voice on skills-based hiring and DE&I, a WEF Global Innovators member, and a Netherlands 'Leading Entrepreneur in Tech' nominee.
COO and Co-Founder
Otto oversees operations, product, engineering, and customer success. Previously a Partner at Bain & Company, he brings deep expertise in strategy, growth, and customer experience.
VP of Engineering
Chris is VP of Engineering at TestGorilla, leading AI, product engineering, data, and platform engineering. With over 20 years of experience spanning FTSE 50 companies and high-growth startups, Chris has built and scaled engineering teams at Just Eat, Immersive, and Send.
Head of People and Culture
Olive drives the company’s inclusive, purpose-led culture and organizational growth. She brings rich experience from Google, FinTech, and HR Tech, shaping strategies into operational reality.
VP of Sales
Megan leads TestGorilla’s global sales organization. Since 2014, she has specialized in the HR tech space, leading assessment initiatives for organizations ranging from high-growth startups to Fortune 500 enterprises.
Product Director (IP Development)
Romina leads TestGorilla’s evaluation tools, designing predictive, skills-based assessments for the future of work. With SaaS leadership experience and a PhD on gender bias in engineering careers, she’s passionate about building tools that promote fairer hiring.
