The NGO Program provides specially discounted pricing on TestGorilla plans to help nonprofit organizations, charities, and social impact groups hire effectively with limited budgets. By joining, NGOs gain access to bias-free hiring tools at reduced rates, while joining a mission-driven community of organizations leveraging modern HR solutions.

You can apply through the dedicated NGO Program landing page by filling out an application and uploading the necessary verification documents. To be verified, you must provide proof of your nonprofit status, such as:

1. An official government charity registry, along with audited financials

2. Incorporation documents and other supporting documentation may also be required.

Yes. Additional credits can be purchased as needed. Add-ons are not included in the discount unless bundled into your plan.

Our NGO Program is open to registered non-profit and charitable organizations dedicated to social good. To be eligible, you must be a registered nonprofit or charity. Your organization’s primary activities must be in education, humanitarian aid, workforce development, human rights, healthcare access, or environmental sustainability. You must have a minimum of 3 years operating history, a transparent governance structure, and publicly available financial reports or financial statements.

The program requires a 1-year commitment. The discounts are valid for 12 months, and organizations must be re-verified to renew the discount.

Discounts apply to the plan chosen at enrolment. Upgrades to higher-tier plans are possible, but follow the program’s “same or higher value” rule. Renewal discounts will be re-assessed during re-verification.
