Work Hours: 30-35hrs/Week (Mon-Fri)

Employment Type: Full-time, Contract (3-6 Months)

Compensation: ₦150,000 – ₦300,000/month (Base) + Performance-Based Bonuses (OTE)

Position Overview

We are seeking a proactive, digitally savvy, and performance-driven Virtual Assistant- Sales Support to support our lead generation, sales outreach, and growth strategy execution. This is a high-impact role where you will help expand our reach across agencies and individual clients by identifying new prospects, nurturing leads, and supporting end-to-end client acquisition efforts.

This role blends business development, content-driven outreach, and operations management. You will also help manage our social media presence and coordinate engagement activities, events, and activations. Ideal candidates are self-starters who are comfortable working independently in a remote environment while staying aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Sales Enablement

  • Identify and research potential client leads, including agencies, consultants, and individuals seeking international career mobility services

  • Execute targeted outreach via email, LinkedIn, social media, and CRM tools

  • Support the preparation of tailored sales pitches, decks, proposals, and call briefings

  • Track leads, maintain pipeline visibility, and ensure follow-up on all active conversations

  • Assist in scheduling and coordinating discovery or closing calls with senior team members

Growth Operations & Business Development

  • Maintain up-to-date CRM and track sales metrics and lead performance

  • Support the execution of business development strategies targeting B2B agency partnerships

  • Explore new market and partnership opportunities

  • Assist in creating agreements, onboarding documents, and operational materials

Social Media & Digital Engagement

  • Manage and grow Workium’s social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.)

  • Create, schedule, and monitor engaging, growth-oriented content

  • Provide regular insights on engagement trends, lead generation from social platforms, and campaign performance

  • Align digital efforts with offline sales and outreach campaigns

Event Planning & Community Engagement

  • Coordinate and support the execution of virtual webinars, info sessions, and community events

  • Help plan and attend outreach events such as fairs, expos, or agency-hosted activations

  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and value proposition presentation across all interactions

Qualifications & Skills

  • 3+ years of experience in business development or sales operations supporting sales and/or growth preferably in an Immigration-based consultancy

  • 2 years experience in Digital marketing, especially in lead generation or campaign management

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong research and organizational skills with attention to detail

  • Proficiency with tools like CRM platforms, Google Workspace, and social media scheduling tools

  • Self-motivated, highly organized, and able to meet deadlines independently

  • Passion for supporting international career journeys is a plus
