About us:

Warren Steele and Associates was formed in 1988 to serve clients primarily in the Engineering and Construction Industry. The client base expanded over the years to include manufacturing companies and major Utilities such as Procter and Gamble, Anheuser Busch, Southern Company, Dow Chemical, PSI Energy, Cincinnati Gas and Electric, Duke Energy, Wisconsin Energy and Kentucky Utilities. Executive Search activities have included searches for engineering positions from Project Engineer to Vice President of Engineering, Construction management positions for all levels of an organization and Executive level management positions including senior executives. In 20 years of service WS&A has handled hundreds of searches.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement concrete pumping systems

• Design to manufacture skills and experience

• Production management skills and experience

• Ability to specify hydraulic and electrical circuits for existing and new product line(s)

• Provide technical support/training to our team and customers

• Maintain accurate equipment documentation and records

• Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules to minimize downtime

• Assist with writing equipment instruction manuals and maintenance intervals
