Cybersecurity Sales Executive

Drive outbound efforts to identify and close net-new business
Build and manage a healthy pipeline of midmarket clients
Conduct strategic outreach to key decision-makers in regulated industries
Lead discovery conversations to understand client needs
Position RSI Security’s cybersecurity services as tailored, value-driven solutions
Collaborate with subject matter experts and solution architects during the sales cycle
Own the full sales process—from first contact to signed agreement
Keep CRM and pipeline data updated and accurate
Stay current on security trends and compliance developments
5+ years in technology sales, including 2+ in cybersecurity, risk, or compliance
Demonstrated success in consultative, complex sales cycles
Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks and their impact on business risk
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Self-starter with strong organizational and time management abilities
Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred)
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Cybersecurity, or a related field (preferred)
