We are looking for a hands-on Digital & Growth Marketing Specialist to help us scale performance across paid acquisition channels, craft high-impact customer nurturing campaigns, and grow brand awareness across Europe. This role reports directly into the leadership team and will work closely with sales to fuel both B2B and B2C growth.

This is a fully remote role open to candidates globally. Strong English proficiency is essential, and the role pays approximately €1800 - €2400 per month depending on experience.
Plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns on Facebook and Instagram with a performance-first mindset.
Own and expand Hubspot CRM workflows: email nurturing, lead segmentation, and customer journey optimization.
Build dashboards and analyze user behavior using Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to inform decisions.
Collaborate on organic and paid campaigns to drive traffic and convert leads into active buyers.
Support content strategy and rollout, including direct response ad copy, email content, and landing page coordination, as well as technical SEO optimizations.
Support localized marketing efforts across multiple territories in Europe, including language-specific campaigns and market research.
Fluent English (written and spoken)
4–8 years of hands-on digital marketing experience
Proven track record managing Facebook and Instagram Ads
Strong understanding of GA4 analytics and funnel performance tracking
Experienced Hubspot CRM user – including workflows, email templates, and automation
Demonstrated success in running and optimizing email campaigns for lead nurturing
Comfortable working independently in a fast-moving, remote environment
Experience working in a marketplace, industrial/long-tail B2B environment, or sectors like construction, agriculture, or automotive
Proficiency in at least one additional European language (e.g., German, French, Spanish, Italian, Polish)
Prior role in an early-stage startup with budget responsibility and autonomy
Familiarity with dropshipping or multivendor catalogues
