“At Paper Plan, every person is a department of one — or the seed of a future department.”

About Paper Plan Group

Paper Plan Group is scaling from $5M to $100M by 2030 — and we’re doing it with creativity, precision, and a smile. We design and deliver smart, reliable products that make life easier for tens of thousands of customers around the world. Our team operates globally — our CEO is based in Barcelona, and we collaborate across time zones from Europe to Asia. We’re registered in both the US and Hong Kong, with flexible working hours as long as you have at least four hours of overlap with CET (UTC+1) and Manila (UTC+8).

We hire on a full-time contract basis for compliance, but function as a close, people-centered team. Every person owns their role fully, grows with the company, and contributes to shaping how we scale – that’s why we’re looking for people who will grow with us in the long-term.

Now we’re looking for a supply chain architect who thrives on structure, loves a challenge, and knows that every big leap forward starts with the right plan.

The Role

As our Senior Supply Chain Manager, you’ll own the end-to-end flow of products from supplier negotiation to Amazon FBA delivery. You’ll ensure operations run smoothly, inventory is predictable, and every shipment arrives as expected.

This isn’t a role where you’ll be micromanaged. You’ll have the autonomy to make decisions, implement improvements, and lead supplier performance while keeping leadership informed through clear, actionable insights.

You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Customer Service to make sure the right products are always in the right place at the right time.

What Your Day-to-Day Looks Like

  • Forecasting & Planning: Review sales data weekly to update purchase forecasts, analyze FBA storage metrics, and ensure inventory levels are balanced — neither overstocked nor under-supplied.

  • Procurement & Supplier Relations: Negotiate with global suppliers (mainly Asia-based), track POs, and follow up proactively on production and shipping timelines.

Maintain strong working relationships, holding suppliers accountable for quality and lead times.

  • Logistics Coordination:

Manage freight bookings, monitor shipments, and coordinate customs or FBA intake. Ensure costs and delivery times are optimized.

  • Performance Reviews:

Track KPIs like OTIF (On Time In Full), inventory defect rates, and Amazon reimbursement reports.

Provide concise monthly reports highlighting trends, risks, and cost-saving opportunities.

  • Cross-Department Collaboration:

Share real-time supply chain insights with marketing and product teams — for example, flagging upcoming delays that could affect promotions or launch timelines.

  • System Ownership:

Manage the ecosystem of tools (Airtable, ClickUp, Google Sheets, Zapier, Amazon Seller Central, ) to ensure all workflows are connected and data integrity is maintained.

  • Process Improvement: Document and refine SOPs monthly, ensuring the team can scale efficiently as new hires join or product lines expand.

Who You’ll Work With

  • CEO (Direct Manager):

Strategic alignment, monthly performance reviews, and guidance on key supplier or logistics decisions.

  • Product Development Team:

To align procurement timelines with product launches.

  • Marketing & Customer Service:

To ensure campaigns and customer promises align with actual stock availability and shipping performance.

  • External Suppliers & Freight Forwarders:

To ensure shipments are timely, compliant, and cost-effective.

What Success Looks Like

  • You’ve built a reliable system — one that runs smoothly without constant firefighting.

  • Forecasts are accurate, inventory is predictable, and stockouts are a thing of the past.

  • You turn Amazon’s FBA analytics and reimbursement reports into actionable savings and process improvements.

  • The CEO trusts that supply chain operations are “under control” — with clear visibility and no surprises.

  • Suppliers and logistics partners respect you for being fair, clear, and firm.

  • Internal teams view you as a proactive partner who helps them make better decisions.

  • You continuously improve how things work, documenting and optimizing along the way.

You’ll Succeed If You Are

  • A problem-solver

who brings structure and clarity to complexity.

  • A self-starter

who doesn’t wait for instructions to fix what’s broken.

  • A communicator

who keeps teams aligned and informed without overloading them.

  • A data-driven thinker

who uses analytics to uncover opportunities for savings or efficiency.

  • A builder

who enjoys creating systems that scale.

  • An explorer

who’s open to trying new tools, new suppliers, and new ways to make things flow better.

What We Expect

Must haves:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field

  • 3–5+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or logistics management.

  • Strong command of English and excellent negotiation skills.

  • Experience managing international suppliers and understanding FBA logistics.

  • Analytical mindset and strong organizational skills.

Bonus if:

  • Proficiency in tools like Airtable, ClickUp, Google Sheets, and automation platforms (Zapier/Make)

What You’ll Gain

  • The opportunity to own a core business function in a fast-scaling global company.

  • Freedom to innovate and propose system improvements — your ideas will be heard.

  • A culture that rewards ownership, transparency, and continuous improvement.

  • A direct seat at the table with leadership, influencing real business decisions.

  • A steep learning curve that turns into lasting growth, we grow the company by growing you.
