As the Digital Marketing - Shopify & CRM Lead, you will drive eCommerce growth through strategic management of our Shopify storefronts and customer engagement platforms. You will develop and execute performance marketing campaigns, optimize the buyer journey, and lead CRM initiatives that enhance customer retention and revenue.

This is a remote-first role open to candidates worldwide, with flexible hours and a high level of autonomy.

Key Responsibilities

Shopify Management

  • Oversee the daily operation, maintenance, and performance of Shopify storefronts

  • Lead site merchandising, landing page creation, SEO optimization, and A/B testing

  • Collaborate with the product and sales teams to launch new products and optimize product pages for conversion

  • Identify and implement Shopify apps to enhance functionality (bundling, upsells, localization, etc.)

Digital Marketing & Performance Campaigns

  • Plan, execute, and optimize email, SMS, retargeting, and paid search/display campaigns

  • Manage integrations between Shopify, Microsoft Ads, and social platforms (LinkedIn, etc.)

  • Monitor campaign performance via dashboards and reporting tools, and adjust strategies based on performance metrics

CRM & Customer Retention

  • Own the CRM strategy and implementation across platforms

  • Build automated customer journeys, segmented drip campaigns, and retention workflows

  • Leverage customer data to drive personalization and lifetime value

  • Create lead scoring models and optimize lead-to-customer conversion

Requirements

Must-Have

  • 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, eCommerce, or CRM management

  • Deep expertise in Shopify and Shopify Plus

  • Proven ability to scale customer acquisition and retention through owned and paid channels

  • Hands-on experience with CRM and email marketing platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)

  • Strong analytical skills and experience using tools such as Google Analytics, GA4, Hotjar, Looker, or Power BI

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Nice-to-Have

  • B2B eCommerce experience

  • Background in technical products, manufacturing, medical, or regulated industries

  • Familiarity with HTML/CSS for Shopify theme customization

  • Experience with global eCommerce, including multi-currency and localization

  • Ability to collaborate across time zones and work independently in a remote environment
