Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and innovative AI Developer to design, build, and implement AI-driven applications and solutions. The ideal candidate has a strong background in machine learning, natural language processing, or computer vision, and is passionate about applying AI technologies to solve real-world problems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models and algorithms to support business needs.

• Work with large datasets to preprocess, clean, and optimize data for model training.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, product managers, analysts) to identify opportunities for AI-driven improvements.

• Integrate AI models into production systems, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and reliability.

• Research and experiment with emerging AI frameworks, tools, and techniques.

• Monitor and evaluate model performance; fine-tune and update as needed.

• Document technical designs, processes, and best practices for AI solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

• Proven experience in developing and deploying AI/ML models.

• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.

• Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks and libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, etc.).

• Familiarity with data processing tools (Pandas, NumPy, Spark).

• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) for AI/ML deployments.

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Skills (Nice-to-Haves)

• Experience with natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, or generative AI.

• Knowledge of MLOps and model lifecycle management.
