What’s not to like! There are so many different tests on offer which you can beating bundle (up to 5 tests) into an assessment. There are what seems like endless tests to choose from—from technical software development competencies to product, to customer success, to foreign language! The culture assessment is really nice and somewhat of a rarity, in addition to the usual personality types of testing.
Its UI/UX is really simple and clean to work with—easy for all hiring managers. It also lets us ‘brand up’ and embed our own videos/links to personalize which is something we already use really successfully. The anti-cheating feature was cool too—taking snapshots of screens at regular intervals helps us understand who really can do the job better.

We are a small shop and do not hire on an ongoing basis. So many of the platforms I saw out there were designed for much bigger operations—and TestGorilla can certainly do that. But I so appreciate the fact that I was able to sign up for one month and get the testing I needed for a remote hire. I have just six candidates taking tests, and dollar for dollar I can’t think of a more valuable platform out there.

The customer support and troubleshooting were the best.
I faced an issue with a TestGorilla test required for a job application. However, due to an organizational issue from the Test Creator, the test was no longer available and gave an error.
I wrote an email to TestGorilla’s customer support detailing the problem, they promptly replied to me within a day or two and also contacted the test creator.
The test creator was made aware of the issue quite quickly and the things were then resolved. I am glad that due to customer support, the error in the test didn’t compromise my job application. The employer wrote back to me acknowledging the issue and further steps of the job application.

Also, the amount of tests available for several different positions was great because usually, you see tests for just accounting or typing. Incredibly easy to use interface and very fast setup of each test. Good variety of assessments and sleek UI/UX experience for both candidate and employer. Really like the fact that as an employer you are able to send one link to candidates and they are able to “invite” themselves to a test. This means that once we decide a user should be moved to this stage in the process, rather than having to create a new test each time, the user is able to access the relevant test, and then the results are shared with us on our dashboard. The service is also “ready to use” which means when you sign up, you can launch tests almost immediately without any fiddly integrations or onboarding.
