This demo shows how to source, evaluate, and communicate with job candidates using an assessment-based hiring platform. To get started, a new job is created and edited within the platform. During job setup, skills to be tested are selected and reviewed, with visibility into exactly which skills candidates will be assessed on. Additional skills can be added to more precisely match the requirements of the role. Progress is saved as the assessment is built. The platform surfaces candidate matches based on the job's skill requirements. Users can view which specific competencies each candidate brings, allowing direct comparison against the role. Communication with candidates is handled within the platform, keeping all outreach in one place. For existing jobs, users can return to previously created listings and continue building or modifying assessments. Assessments can be added or updated at any stage. Once configured, the assessment selection is confirmed and the full assessment can be reviewed before being sent to candidates. After candidates complete assessments, their results are available for detailed review. Individual candidate data points are accessible to support hiring decisions based on demonstrated ability.
