You'll lead and inspire one of our product engineering teams, driving technical excellence, strong ownership, and individual growth across the board. In this role, you'll be responsible for the end-to-end delivery, operation, and evolution of critical product modules that power skills-based hiring for companies around the world. <li>Demonstrates exceptional leadership and collaboration abilities, underpinned by strong written and verbal communication skills in English.</li>

<li>Proven ability to lead senior engineers, cultivate technical leadership, and build high-performing engineering teams aligned with organizational goals.</li>
<li>Deep technical background in software engineering, with expertise in designing and scaling complex, distributed systems.</li>
<li>Experience operating in high-growth SaaS environments, ideally with B2B or platform-focused products.</li>
<li>Hands-on experience in Backend (Python) or Frontend (Angular/TypeScript) are strongly preferred.</li>
