You will not only manage workflows and oversee the marketing tech stack but also co-own the strategy that ensures our pipeline is optimized for efficiency and scalability. This includes making critical decisions on how we measure and distribute leads, select tools, and integrate systems to support our growth goals.</p><p>You’ll work within the Marketing and GTM team, alongside subject matter experts in Revenue Operations and GTM Analytics, as well as cross-functionally with various teams, including Sales and Customer Success, to ensure our data handling and lead routing processes are aligned.<br></p><p>Additionally, you’ll be the gatekeeper of our email marketing strategy, overseeing who receives our communications, when they’re sent, and ensuring that all campaigns align with our overall marketing objectives. <li>Embedded within our GTM teams to deeply understand their strategy, targets and KPIs.</li>
<li>Drive alignment on metrics definitions across the GTM roles.</li>
<li>Design, build and maintain a robust GTM Analytics infrastructure to enable self-serve functionality on GTM KPIs vertically and horizontally across the GTM Org (Marketing, Sales and Customer Success).</li>
<li>Communicating effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders</li>
<li>Identify, own and drive complex data and analytics projects from design to delivery to address business needs including:<ul>
<li>Strategic and ad-hoc reporting on key GTM areas</li>
<li>Deep analysis to gain understanding of business challenges</li>
<li>Designing, implementing, and leveraging operating metrics to aid strategic and functional decision-making</li>

<li>Design and utilize data pipelines, reporting platforms, and analytics solutions to power the GTM Analytics roadmap across the GTM CRM and dependent tools and teams (e.g., Finance, Product).</li>
<li>Collaborate effectively with other teams to drive data integrity and improve our data ecosystem, contributing to the data team’s wider efforts.</li>
<li>Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of data processes.</li>

<li>Experience with B2B SaaS metrics and operations, including marketing, CRM, sales cycles etc.</li>
<li>Experience with CRM (HubSpot), SQL and centralized data storage like Snowflake</li>
<li>Are hands-on and pragmatic, able to take end-to-end ownership of analytics projects from conception to delivery.</li>
<li>Can ‘unblock’ themselves: a willingness and aptitude to rapidly pick up new concepts to get the job done.</li>
<li>Macro-to-micro versatility: strategic mindset coupled with a keen attention to detail.</li>
<li>Well-rounded interpersonal skills, and experience interacting with diverse stakeholders.</li>

<li>Previous experience with one or more of Looker, Snowflake, Metabase and web-based applications.</li>
