We are a successful IT services company located in the Thames Valley and London. We have specialist and highly sought after expertise in technology management, support and cyber security. We are a Microsoft Gold Partner and advanced Cyber Essentials Practitioners. Currently we are a team of approximately 30 staff, with 100 clients and are looking at growth.

Summary of the Role

The role of Appointment Setters is an important one within our sales and marketing team. The primary function of this role is to make contact with the directors and senior managers of small to medium sized businesses from a list that is provided, to...

  • Build and nurture a list of companies and contacts that fit qualification criteria.

  • Book online appointments with our client's Technical Services Consultant.

These meeting are an opportunity for the TSC to explain a different, non-traditional approach to IT management that kickstarts the process of building a relationship with them over the long term. Some later go on to become clients, but irrespective of whether they become clients or not, those attending the meeting find them valuable and usually go on to make positive changes to their IT based on the information they get at the meeting. The creation, effective management of the prospect list and the relationships you develop with the prospects are the keys to success in this role. The entire process is already successfully proven with achievable targets being met on a regular basis.


Our client is committed to training. Ongoing coaching and training will be provided. This will be via online video training and by daily or weekly video conferences.


Our client's office is based in Staines-upon-Thames though this role is home-based.

Modern technology such as video conferencing, screen sharing, messaging, etc, means that even from home the successful candidate can work closely with other team members.

You will be expected to provide all necessary computers, peripherals, telephones; etc, and a home broadband line.


The basic is 440 PHP Per hour working a 40 hour week a performance related bonus of £1000 PHP per qualified appointment made making a total on target earning of 1,155,200PHP per annum.

The performance related bonus is based on the number of qualifying First Time Appointments, initial projects sold to new clients by Sales and new monthly support subscribers. There is no bonus cap.

This salary reflects the importance of the role to our client, and the standards a successful candidate is required to reach.
