The Role

We’re hiring a Remote Software Developer to join our team. You’ll work on real client projects, leveraging Python, relational databases, and modern tools like Docker — with a bonus if you’ve touched Odoo ERP. You should be comfortable using AI-powered development tools (Claude, Replit, Lovable, etc.) to move fast and ship solutions.

What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain Python applications with relational DBs.

• Containerize apps with Docker.

• Use AI tools to accelerate coding & prototyping.

• Collaborate with the team and clients; communicate clearly.

• Take initiative and work independently with accountability.

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3+ years dev experience (mix of formal + hands-on OK).

• Python + SQL skills.

• Docker experience.

• Demonstrated use of AI coding tools.

• Excellent communication, initiative, and willingness to learn.

• Must have 60% overlap with EST.

• Nice to Have: Odoo ERP experience.
