With $2.2M+ ARR and ambitious growth plans, we're building the future of conversational commerce—and we’re looking for a technically fluent Product Manager to help lead the charge.
The Role:
As our first full-time Product Manager, you’ll sit at the intersection of product, engineering, and business. You’ll work closely with our 2 full-time developers and CTO to drive sprint planning, feature delivery, QA, and release cycles with a bias toward continuous deployment (or 1–2 day turnaround from dev complete to prod). You'll play a critical role in turning product ideas into real, user-facing features that move the needle.
Responsibilities:
Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from requirements to release
Translate product vision and business needs into user stories and technical specs
Run sprint planning, daily standups, and retros in Jira
Prioritize the backlog and manage sprint velocity and burn-down
Perform QA, smoke testing, and bug triage for each release
Coordinate with CTO to ensure architecture and design are aligned
Deploy features to production and monitor post-release performance
Maintain high output with low lag: target <2 days between dev complete and prod live

What We’re Looking For:
3+ years experience in a Product Manager or Technical Project Manager role
Strong familiarity with modern web dev stacks (React, Node, APIs, MongoDB, etc.)
Experience working directly with developers and technical stakeholders
Proficiency in Jira, sprint management, backlog grooming, and Agile workflows
Comfort performing QA, testing, and pushing to production
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Bias toward speed, iteration, and outcomes over process
Bonus Points:
Prior experience at a SaaS startup or Shopify ecosystem company
Ability to write light code or read PRs for basic technical understanding
Familiarity with SMS, email, or marketing automation platforms
