If you’re passionate about social impact, digital storytelling, and purposeful branding—and want to play a pivotal role in shaping a growing intergenerational community—we’d love to connect.

As a Social Media Strategy Intern, you’ll do more than just post—you’ll strategize, create, analyze, and optimize our digital presence to support our mission of empowering senior citizens and bridging generations through meaningful business contributions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Social Media Strategy: Develop platform-specific strategies for LinkedIn, Instagram, and other channels with clear goals, target audiences, and content pillars.

  • Content Planning: Build and manage monthly content calendars with a focus on storytelling, engagement, and brand alignment.

  • Copywriting & Captioning: Write compelling, thoughtful, and brand-consistent copy across platforms to drive interaction and awareness.

  • Visual Collaboration: Design basic graphics using Canva or work closely with our design team to bring ideas to life.

  • Analytics & Optimization: Track post and campaign performance using insights and analytics tools; suggest data-driven improvements.

  • Trendspotting & Innovation: Stay on top of trends and algorithm changes to recommend fresh formats (Reels, carousels, thought-leadership posts, etc.).

  • Community Engagement: Foster online community by responding to DMs/comments and participating in relevant digital conversations.

  • Campaign Coordination: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to amplify campaigns, testimonials, and intergenerational stories.

  • Reporting: Assist in preparing monthly reports and presentations to track growth and impact.

  • Brand Stewardship: Maintain consistency in visual identity, tone of voice, and messaging across all platforms.

Who You Are

  • A recent graduate or final-year student in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Digital Media, or a related field.

  • Deep understanding of social media platforms, especially Instagram and LinkedIn.

  • Strong written communication and storytelling skills.

  • Strategic thinker who can balance creativity with performance metrics.

  • Familiar with basic design tools like Canva and content scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer, Later, Meta Business Suite).

  • Reliable, organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks independently.

  • Eager to learn and passionate about branding, social impact, and intergenerational connection.

  • Comfortable working remotely with a strong internet connection and a personal laptop.
