Shockley Marketing, LLC began in 2012, but it wasn’t until early 2022 that husband-and-wife duo Ricky and Mary decided to niche down into the med spa industry - where Ricky already had proven results and strong case studies - and grow something amazing.
We’re a fast-growing digital marketing agency serving medical aesthetics and wellness clients across the U.S. - from Seattle to Miami, and Boston to LA. Since launching in 2022, we’ve grown from zero to a dozen team members through elite client service, a deep commitment to ethical practices, and a relentless pursuit of excellence. Our mission is to help small businesses thrive through results-driven marketing, which in turn uplifts their communities. We are working toward hosting an annual team retreat to connect and collaborate in person. Occasionally, we celebrate growth together at in-person events or by presenting at national conferences such as Modern Beauty Con in Boston, with attendance determined by role and business needs.
What Does Remote Look Like With Us?
Glad you asked! We’re a remote team with an in-office work mentality. What does that mean? Simple: we work from our homes in professional, dedicated workspaces and maintain the same level of professionalism you’d expect in a traditional office. That includes being dressed in business casual attire — for example, men in collared shirts and women in nice blouses — so we present ourselves as trusted consultants to our clients and to each other. We share this up front because we want you to know exactly what to expect, and we believe these standards help us do our best work together while keeping our culture strong and collaborative.
Own elite-level project and client account management
Communicate regularly with clients, ensuring they feel seen, heard, and supported
Present confidently in meetings, simplifying marketing concepts for clients
Manage and execute paid media campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads)
Implement light SEO and PR strategies
Track and interpret campaign performance and ROI metrics
Maintain internal organization and communication with teammates
Proactively problem-solve and move projects forward with minimal handholding
3+ years of experience in client and project management
Fast learner and strong communicator, written and verbal
Excellent attention to detail, time management, and follow-through
Comfortable managing multiple accounts and deadlines
Familiarity with GoHighLevel is a plus (but can be taught)
Experience in paid ads, SEO, or other tactical marketing skills is a plus
Professional, proactive, accountable, and coachable
Passionate about becoming a world-class marketer and consultant

Location Requirement:
At this time, we are only able to hire candidates who currently live in the United States in any state except the following: CA, IL, IA, AZ, MN, MT, NH, ND, PA, SD, NY, NJ, OR, CO, MA, WA, DC. Candidates should also have no plans to move to one of these states.
