RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage and organize the owner’s email inbox to ensure clarity, prioritization, and timely responses.

  • Assist with a variety of projects, applying problem-solving skills to deliver high-quality results.

  • Coordinate and maintain the executive team's schedule, ensuring efficient time management and seamless planning.

  • Deliver dependable administrative support by optimizing workflows and efficiently managing tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Act as a trusted resource for day-to-day operations, ensuring the owner can focus on strategic priorities.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience in an administrative or executive support role, showcasing exceptional organizational skills.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a demonstrated ability to collaborate with others and manage tasks with accuracy and efficiency.

  • Excellent communication skills, with a professional demeanor

  • Ability to manage schedules, coordinate tasks, and use organizational tools.

  • High level of reliability, accountability, and a commitment to delivering quality results.

  • Knowledge of or willingness to learn and work in an EOS environment.

  • Experience with spreadsheets and data analysis.
