Now, we’re looking for a Community Manager who can match that energy — someone who lives online, speaks meme fluently, and knows how to spark engagement that moves people and markets.
Be the voice and vibe of Ridima across all our community platforms (Telegram, WhatsApp, X, Discord, etc.)
Design and manage campaigns that drive hype, loyalty, and word-of-mouth buzz
Spot trends before they hit, and shape how Ridima rides them
Build meaningful relationships with power users, influencers, and superfans
Launch and manage ambassador programs that feel more like movements than marketing
Collect feedback and community insights that help product and marketing teams iterate fast
Host and coordinate virtual hangouts, AMAs, and in-person pop-ups that create emotional brand stickiness
Make Ridima feel less like a product, and more like a tribe
Have 2–4 years of experience managing online communities, especially in fintech, crypto, entertainment, or youth culture brands
Are naturally witty, unfiltered (but professional), and always online
Have an instinct for what’s culturally relevant — and how to make it resonate with Gen Z and young millennials
Can write copy that’s short, snappy, and scroll-stopping
Are comfortable with data and can measure what works and what doesn’t
Know your way around tools like Notion, Figma, Typeform, and Telegram bots
Are obsessed with making users feel seen, heard, and hyped
Work in one of Africa’s fastest-growing crypto startups
