Summer Sales Freelancer - Agriculture (2025 Program)

Location: Germany/Luxembourg | Freelance Project Blocks - 100 clients

About Partao

Partao, a startup launched in January 2025, is transforming how the agriculture, construction, and heavy machinery industries source essential parts. As a fast-growing B2B and B2C marketplace, we offer competitive pricing, millions of authentic parts, and seamless digital ordering to make sourcing easy for all mechanics. We’re building a trusted, go-to platform for 50M+ long-tail industrial parts across Europe.

About the Role

We’re looking for enthusiastic and driven agricultural students to join us to complete Summer Sales Projects in their local area. You will represent Partao’s offering as a local ambassador —connecting with farmers, independent mechanics, and dealerships to introduce our sourcing platform.

This role is ideal for someone already working on a farm this summer, but excited to build their professional network, sharpen their communication skills, and gain first-hand experience in field-based sales and startup growth through a short term project!

This is a freelance opportunity. As an independent contractor, you are free to determine your own schedule, use your own tools, and work in the location of your choice. You will be compensated per project (e.g., number of clients contacted or onboarded), not per hour or week. No fixed working times are required or imposed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Champion Partao as a new sourcing option within your local agricultural community

  • Drive customer acquisition per project by leveraging existing relationships and proactive outreach to sell spare parts through Partao

  • Track your outreach efforts, conversations, and results in a structured and organized manner through your own devices

  • Compete and Win! You may opt into friendly weekly challenges with incentives to recognize high-impact contributors

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in an agriculture, agri-business, or related university or heavily engaged in your local farming community

  • Confident communicator who enjoys connecting with others and building relationships

  • Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership

  • Valid driver’s license and access to your own form of transport

  • Access to a smartphone and laptop for customer conversations and logging activity

  • Fluency in German, A2 or greater English

  • Act as a contractor, who is an independent professional and already working with other clients or in another position

Bonus Points

  • Experience in sales, customer service, or any client-facing role

  • Knowledge of farm equipment or agricultural supply chains

  • Active in local student or agricultural communities

  • Comfortable sharing stories or updates on social media

What We Offer

  • Opportunity to work alongside an energised, fast-paced, VC-backed startup and gaining exposure to both

  • B2B and B2C growth strategies

  • High autonomy with direct impact on growth

  • A remote, project-based freelance role—no office attendance or fixed location required.

Compensation.

This is a freelance, project-based role. Compensation is based on:

  • €500 incl VAT per completed Project (A project is defined by 100 confirmed client connections)

  • Significant Bonuses based on client orders, weekly competitions, and recognition of top performers

  • There is no hourly or monthly salary. All payments are made upon verified delivery of agreed results.

Eligibility Checklist

  • This is a non-exclusive freelance role. You are free to work with other clients or employers during the duration of this engagement.

  • You will work on your own schedule, using your own tools

  • You will not be integrated into our internal systems or reporting structures

  • You are self-employed in Germany and able to issue invoices with a tax number (Steuernummer)
