Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our residential and commercial properties in Houston, TX. The ideal candidate will have a passion for property management and a commitment to providing excellent service to tenants and property owners.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of assigned properties.

• Ensure properties are well-maintained and meet all safety and regulatory requirements.

• Coordinate maintenance and repairs with contractors and vendors.

• Develop and maintain positive relationships with tenants and address their concerns promptly.

• Prepare and manage property budgets, including tracking expenses and revenue.

• Conduct regular property inspections and implement improvements as needed.

• Market and lease available units to prospective tenants.

Qualifications

• 0-5 years of experience in property management or a related field.

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
