We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Manager with excellent communication and negotiation skills. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in B2B sales (e.g., in the pharmaceutical or nutraceutical industry) or a strong desire to develop in this field. Your role will involve developing and managing relationships with exclusive distributors and retail clients.
Identify and establish relationships with potential exclusive distributors and retail clients.
Negotiate and finalize distribution agreements and manage revenue.
Manage and support existing distributor and retail relationships.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Provide product training and support to distributors and retail clients.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
3+ years of experience in B2B sales, for example in the pharmaceutical or nutraceutical industry or the strong desire to develop as a Sales Professional
English language proficiency at a minimum of B2 level
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
Deal Maker mentality.
Medical degree (D-r) or advanced degree in a related scientific field.
A comprehensive understanding of the healthcare and beauty market.
Other languages are an advantage
