We’re looking for a driven Paid Social Media Specialist with a strong background in performance marketing—especially Facebook (Meta) advertising—to join our small but mighty team. You will play a key role in developing, managing, and optimising paid social campaigns that generate high-quality leads and drive meaningful engagement.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on data, performance metrics, and continually improving ad outcomes. You will be expected to take ownership of campaign results and bring a sharp, analytical eye to our performance marketing efforts.
Full ownership of Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads campaigns.
Manage £30K+ ad budget efficiently with ROAS/CPA targets.
Build creative briefs, test variations, and scale winners.
Run A/B tests, monitor pixel/conversion tracking.
Coordinate with the creative/media team (Indonesia/Philippines).
Weekly reporting with insights and strategy adjustments.
Proven experience in performance-driven paid social advertising, especially Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
Strong track record of optimising campaigns to hit lead generation and ROI targets
Experience with social media advertising platforms, including Meta Business Manager, TikTok Ads, and
Google Ads
Competence in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Meta reporting, UTM tracking)
Strong understanding of digital marketing funnels and conversion strategies
Creative mindset with a keen eye for what works in ad creative and messaging
Excellent communication and time management skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting
Bonus: Familiarity with SEO and broader PPC strategies
3+ years of experience managing Meta Ads with £20K+ monthly budgets.
Strong understanding of funnels, tracking, custom conversions, and pixel setup.
Familiar with education lead gen or B2C funnels (ideal).
Confident in using tools like Meta Ads Manager, Google Sheets, Google Analytics and tracking dashboards.
Can work autonomously and proactively report results.
Familiarity with other ad platforms (Google, TikTok).
Landing page CRO experience.
Basic creative feedback capabilities (hooks, messaging, angles).

Education: Degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or similar is a bonus, but we value demonstrable results above formal qualifications.
Experience: 2+ years in a performance marketing role, with emphasis on Meta Ads.
