Our mission is to make lifelong learning achievable for everyone. We’re now seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Agent with a strong background in sales and a passion for driving conversions to join our growing remote team.
As a Sales Agent, you will be at the heart of our learner engagement and conversion strategy. Your primary goal will be to connect with prospective and active learners, build rapport, support their journey, and most importantly, drive course enrolments. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a target-driven environment and understands how to influence decisions through authentic, helpful communication. You will also provide an excellent standard of customer service throughout the learner’s journey, ensuring they remain informed, supported, and motivated.
Engage with learners to ensure they have received their college allocation details and understand the next steps.
Guide learners through the enrolment process, encouraging course uptake and timely action.
Proactively follow up with learners who are unresponsive or facing challenges, with the aim of resolving issues and increasing engagement.
Manage inbound communication via SMS, email, and phone, responding promptly and professionally.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records using our CRM and internal systems.
Share regular feedback with colleges regarding learner responsiveness.
Ensure spreadsheets, CRM entries, and back-office tools are current and well-organised.
Demonstrable experience in sales, telesales, or customer service, with a proven ability to convert leads.
Strong communication skills and an empathetic, persuasive approach to selling and support.
Confident using CRM platforms and spreadsheets (training provided).
Native or bilingual proficiency in English.
Comfortable making calls for extended periods.
Minimum internet speed of 20 Mbps, with reliable backup power (if applicable).
Laptop or desktop computer with minimum specs: Intel i5 (or equivalent), 8GB RAM, 256GB SSD, running Windows 10 or macOS.
Integrated or external webcam, and a quality headset.
Basic computer literacy.
