We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Media Buyer to join our affiliate LeadGen team. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of managing high-spending Meta (Facebook/Instagram) accounts, preferably across multiple verticals. This individual should not only be a performance-driven media buyer but also have the capability and ambition to manage and train a team (pod) using both our systems and their proven strategies.

Strategic Campaign Management: Drive consistent 25%+ ROI while managing $100k+ monthly Meta ad spend across multiple leadgen verticals through data-driven campaign strategies and daily optimization.
Creative Development & Testing: Develop and systematically test high-converting ad creative and landing pages at scale (10+ new ads and 3+ landing pages weekly) to continuously improve campaign performance.
Campaign Optimization & Scaling: Analyze performance metrics across multiple dimensions to identify optimization opportunities that maintain profitability while scaling spend on winning campaigns.
Team Leadership & Systems Development: Mentor junior media buyers and establish standardized processes that elevate team performance and create repeatable success patterns across accounts.
Affiliate Network & Offer Management: Identify and capitalize on high-potential affiliate offers while ensuring accurate tracking and compliant implementation across all campaigns
Experience: 3–5+ years managing Meta ad accounts with at least $3k/day spend.
Proven ROI: Demonstrated history of consistent ROI-positive campaigns in affiliate leadgen.Team
Leadership: Experience leading or mentoring junior media buyers preferred
Analytical Mindset: Skilled in campaign structure, performance metrics, and scaling.
Creative Thinker: Capable of generating compelling hooks, scripts, and ad angles.
Systems-Oriented: Comfortable adapting to and improving internal processes.
Culture Fit: Motivated, ownership-minded, and aligned with high-growth startup pace.
A Must: Meta, Affiliate tracking platform (Redtrack), Spytools (Pipi Ads, Atria, SpyHero)
Good to have: Google/Youtube ads, any AI Software for scriptwriting and Creative Work, Canva, Tiktok Ads
