LumaDent, conveniently located in South Reno is hiring for a Customer service/ Loupes Specialist. - Monday through Friday 7am-3:30pm (Full time) Great office working hours, set schedule Monday-Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm (NO WEEKENDS) with your own desk/dual monitors. Holidays off.

Role and Responsibilities: As a Customer Service Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in representing our brand and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Handling inbound calls from customers and addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and courteous manner.

  • Providing accurate information about our products/services and assisting customers in making informed decisions.

  • Resolving customer issues effectively, aiming for first-call resolution whenever possible.

  • Documenting interactions and transactions accurately in our customer database.

  • Collaborating with other team members and departments to ensure seamless customer experiences.

  • Identifying opportunities for process improvements and contributing to enhancing overall customer support strategies

Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • Previous experience in a customer service role, with a strong background in phone-based customer interactions.

  • Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.

  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think on your feet and adapt to various customer scenarios.

  • Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to assist customers in a friendly and helpful manner.

  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and other relevant software applications.

  • A positive attitude, reliability, and a team-oriented mindset.
