LuckE13 Landscape Services is seeking a friendly and organized entry-level Remote Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for our valued clients. Key Responsibilities:
Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for new and existing customers via phone, email, and online chat.
Inquiry Management: Respond promptly and accurately to customer questions regarding our services, including weekly lawn maintenance, landscape installation, and seasonal cleanups.
Scheduling and Coordination: Assist with scheduling service appointments, dispatching crews, and communicating any changes or updates to clients and field teams.
Problem Resolution: Address and resolve customer concerns and complaints with empathy and efficiency, escalating complex issues to management as needed.
Sales Support: Provide information on pricing, service packages, and promotions, and assist in creating service bids or quotes.
Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls or emails to ensure customer satisfaction after services have been completed.
Qualifications and Skills:
