We are looking for a highly organized, customer-focused professional to become a vital part of our remote team as a Sales & Marketing Assistant. This role offers a blend of marketing, administrative, and sales support within a fast-paced real estate and property management environment.
As a key point of contact for clients and leads, you will support our operational activities, including marketing, listing coordination, and transaction management. This is a sales-driven position with the potential to earn commissions and grow your income within the real estate industry.
Client Engagement & Communication
Greet and assist clients and leads via phone, SMS, WhatsApp, and email with professionalism and friendliness.
Respond promptly with accurate information and follow-up to ensure client satisfaction.
Appointment & Calendar Management
Schedule, confirm, and coordinate property showings, meetings, and client appointments.
Maintain organized calendars for brokers and team members.
Sales & Transaction Support
Prepare and process real estate paperwork, including listings, disclosures, and contracts.
Track important deadlines and support the completion of transactions in compliance with regulations.
Marketing & Content Creation
Assist in designing property flyers, digital marketing content, and promotional materials.
Manage social media accounts and update online property listings regularly.
Listing Coordination
Collect and organize property details and photos.
Coordinate photography, signage, and MLS entry for new listings.
Administrative Tasks
Handle incoming calls and emails, manage mail, and maintain the organization of office resources remotely.
Monitor inventory and replenish supplies as needed.
CRM & Lead Management
Input and update client data using CRM tools like HubSpot.
Support lead nurturing, follow-ups, and generate internal reports.
Market Analysis & Campaigns
Conduct market research, prepare pricing strategies, and develop comparative market analyses (CMAs).
Event Support
Assist in planning and coordinating open houses, team meetings, and client events.
Experience in customer service, digital marketing, or administrative roles is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with superb organization and time management.
Proficient in Google Workspace, HubSpot CRM, and email platforms and use of AI.
Self-motivated with a drive to contribute to team success and sales growth.
