Answer and relay inbound communications, including phone calls, emails, and other correspondence, in a prompt and professional manner.
Manage correspondence, including drafting and proofreading emails, letters, and other documents as needed.
Track internal metrics related to administrative processes, such as response times, customer satisfaction
Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a similar capacity.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal fluency in English.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software applications.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent work experience
