Desired Competencies and Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in collections, real estate sales, or auctioning is strongly preferred.

  • Strong negotiation skills and a track record of closing profitable deals.

  • Excellent customer service and communication abilities.

  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRMs (e.g., Salesforce, Podio) are highly desired.

  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.

  • Experience in the real estate industry is preferred but not required.

  • Must be 18 years or older to apply.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Market and sell company property contracts to buyers, investors, and agents.

  • Facilitate property transactions using assignment of contract, double closing, or novation agreements.

  • Set appointments with buyers and agents.

  • Work with transaction coordination team to ensure timely closings.

  • Update the CRM with current sales activities and buyer information.

  • Generate sales reports for the team.

  • Communicate effectively with acquisitions staff, buyers, and sellers to ensure seamless transactions.
