Elite Way is seeking a proactive and client-focused Account Manager to drive new business opportunities with our existing clients in the events, advertising, and marketing sectors. This newly created role is pivotal in strengthening client relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring the seamless execution of both traditional and digital projects that exceed client expectations.
Serve as the main point of contact for a portfolio of existing clients.
Understand each client's business needs, goals, and challenges.
Identify and propose additional services, campaigns, or event solutions to grow accounts.
Lead the development and execution of digital projects, including websites, email marketing, social media campaigns, and virtual/hybrid events.
Collaborate with internal departments and creative teams to develop proposals, presentations, and integrated campaign strategies.
Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure satisfaction, resolve issues, and encourage long-term partnerships.
Track and report on account performance, digital metrics, client feedback, and upselling results.
Stay updated on industry trends, digital innovations, and client market sectors to offer proactive and strategic solutions.
Ensure smooth execution of campaigns, digital initiatives, and events while maintaining quality standards and timelines.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in account management, client relations, or business development, preferably in events or marketing agencies.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport.
Proven track record of growing existing accounts and achieving revenue targets.
Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
