We’re seeking a driven and reliable Virtual Assistant to support our U.S.-based insurance agency with outbound B2B sales. You’ll be responsible for calling businesses, qualifying leads, and transferring warm prospects to our licensed agent for final processing.
Make outbound calls to U.S. trucking businesses and commercial clients
Follow a structured sales script to qualify prospects
Identify decision-makers and assess interest in saving on commercial insurance
Transfer qualified leads to the licensed agent
Accurately log call details and lead status into the CRM (GoHighLevel)
Provide daily updates and summaries
Excellent spoken and written English with a neutral or U.S.-friendly accent
Previous experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or lead generation
Strong time management and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and meet daily targets
Quiet home office with a reliable internet connection
Tech-savvy: able to use CRM tools, VoIP dialers, and messaging platforms (e.g., WhatsApp)
