We’re now hiring an HR & Admin Associate to support our leadership, streamline operations, and manage internal systems—from onboarding new hires to keeping our ClickUp and Slack environments organized and running smoothly.
Support the COO and agency leadership by managing the people operations, communications, and backend admin systems that keep a fast-paced, fully remote team aligned, compliant, and productive.
People & HR Ops
Coordinate hiring workflows: schedule interviews, manage job posts, track candidates via ClickUp
Manage onboarding for new team members (contractors and employees): send offer letters, organize access to Slack, ClickUp, Frame.io, and SOPs
Maintain updated team records: contracts, availability, role documentation, birthdays, and payment info
Assist with contractor and freelancer outreach, documentation, and performance check-ins
Admin & Internal Ops
Keep ClickUp spaces clean and organized: assign team tasks, follow up on due dates, and monitor deliverable completion
Send reminders and prep agendas for team meetings (Monday standups, creative reviews, monthly recaps)
Document internal processes and help refine SOPs for task handoff, hiring, project completion, etc.
Manage internal calendars, call schedules, and Fathom meeting notes + follow-ups
Communication & Coordination
Help facilitate internal Slack communications across creative, media buying, and client teams
Collect feedback and pulse checks from team members to improve workflows
Act as a point of contact for administrative questions from team members or freelancers

Understand freelance hiring, contractor onboarding, and gig management
Have experience with HR systems, payroll tools, or team communication platforms
Are familiar with recruiting platforms like Workable, TestGorilla, or Culture Index
