He will be required to oversee the entire development process of new products related to qualitative and quantitative research including post launch monitoring. Identify any compliance related (FDA, Safety, Health and Security Certificates, Special
Approvals, Trademark and Patent Infringements, etc) risks that the new suggested products / niches might pose
Comply results in easy to read and comprehensive reports to the Management Lead ,guide and motivate a team of product researchers
