Vacancy: Senior VA Outreach Manager | 20–40 hours per week | Remote
Senior VA Outreach Manager We are looking for an experienced outreach professional with a proven track record in scheduling meetings through cold outreach. You will not only execute outreach yourself but also take ownership of leading and managing a small VA team to ensure consistent, high-quality results. You understand how to build and optimize a direct outreach system, from sourcing leads to converting conversations into scheduled calls.
Lead sourcing oversight: Ensure clear criteria are followed by junior VAs. Review and optimize the quality of sourced leads.
Direct outreach execution: Personally engage high-value prospects through DMs, emails, and other channels. Follow scripts and tone of voice, while adapting naturally to conversations.
Team management: Lead, guide, and train 1–2 VAs who support lead sourcing and outreach execution. Oversee their work and ensure system consistency.
Assess whether leads are the right fit for coaching. Prioritize conversations that lead to high-value opportunities.
Follow-up & omnipresence: Implement follow-ups through DMs, email, or WhatsApp. Use automations where needed to maintain omnipresence and continuity. Scheduling conversations: Drive conversations to booked calls in the calendar, ensuring a smooth handover.
Proven track record in cold outreach, with direct experience scheduling qualified calls.
Experience managing or leading a team of VAs in outreach.
Proactive and independent, able to take ownership of results.
Structured, systematic, and detail-oriented.
Strong communicator, emotionally intelligent, and commercially aware.
Long-term oriented, committed, and eager to grow with the business.
Fluent in English (mandatory).
Compensation & Growth Opportunities
Starting rate based on 20–40 hours per week.
Income can grow up to €1,000/month when performing well and delivering consistent results.
Path to Head of Outreach Operations: full ownership of the outreach department, leading multiple VAs and optimizing the entire pipeline from sourcing to scheduled calls.
Bonus skills (not required, but highly valued):
Experience with outreach automations (Make, ManyChat, or similar).
Social media management: posting and managing content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
Understanding of personal development, leadership, and alignment to connect with the brand’s message.
Dutch or Spanish language skills.
