B&R Food Services is a fast-growing wholesale food distributor based in Los Angeles, California. We are expanding our remote team with reliable, detail-driven contractors based in Mexico, Central America, Chile, or Ecuador to support our U.S. operations professionally and proactively.
We are seeking a Senior Customer Success & Pricing Coordinator to manage customer service, lead new account development, and maintain updated vendor pricing.
This role requires minimum 5 years of professional experience in customer service or account development, excellent English communication skills, strong Excel expertise, and an AI-oriented mindset (comfortable using AI tools like ChatGPT, Excel plugins, etc.).
This is a remote contractor position with full-time hours aligned to Pacific Time (Los Angeles time zone).
Manage incoming customer calls and emails professionally and efficiently.
Handle and convert new customer inquiries: understand their needs, prepare competitive price quotes, and drive onboarding.
Develop and grow new client accounts through relationship management and follow-ups.
Process vendor cost updates: use Excel (VLOOKUPs, formulas) to accurately update pricing and cost sheets.
Prepare customer-specific offerings and update pricing structures based on market needs.
Leverage AI tools to automate tasks, improve communication, and streamline daily operations.
Maintain highly organized customer and pricing databases.
Communicate clearly with our U.S.-based team via email, calls, and internal systems.

Minimum 5 years of experience in customer service, account development, or related fields.
Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, formulas, basic reporting).
Professional-level English communication skills (written and spoken).
Proven ability to use AI tools to optimize workflows (ChatGPT, Excel AI, automation tools, etc.).
Stable, reliable internet connection and a professional remote working setup.
Ability to work full-time aligned to Pacific Time (Los Angeles business hours).
Full-time remote contractor role (not U.S. employee status).
Paid in U.S. Dollars via Wise, Payoneer, or equivalent platform.
