The Administrative Assistant provides high-level administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of an office. They handle a wide range of tasks, including managing schedules, handling correspondence, organizing files, and assisting with various administrative functions.
Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other communications.
Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Maintain filing systems and ensure documentation is organized and up-to-date.
Prepare reports, memos, invoices, letters, and other documents as needed.
Greet visitors and determine whether they should be given access to specific individuals.
Order and maintain office supplies and equipment.
Support team members with various administrative tasks and projects.
Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
Coordinate with internal departments and external contacts as needed.
High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
