The Administrative Assistant supports daily office operations by performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. This role ensures the smooth functioning of the office by managing schedules, handling correspondence, organizing files, and assisting teams with routine tasks.
Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails.
Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain calendars.
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Organize and maintain paper and electronic filing systems.
Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner.
Order office supplies and maintain inventory.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
Assist with travel arrangements and expense reports.
Support various departments with data entry, documentation, and administrative projects.
Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree is a plus.
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office administrator.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
