Overview
We’re looking for an experienced Agile Scrum Master who can lead cross-functional teams, remove roadblocks, and ensure smooth Agile delivery. You’ll be the bridge between strategy and execution—empowering developers, product owners, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes efficiently.
Responsibilities
Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, Reviews).
Coach team members and stakeholders on Agile practices, ensuring continuous improvement.
Track and monitor sprint progress, team velocity, and delivery metrics.
Identify and resolve impediments to ensure teams stay on track.
Partner with Product Owners to refine and prioritize backlogs.
Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and transparency within the team.
Support multiple teams (if required) and align delivery with business objectives.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach.
Solid understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe is a plus).
Strong communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills.
Experience working with tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar project management systems.
Proven ability to remove impediments and support team performance.
Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM) preferred.
Experience in scaling Agile across multiple teams/projects.
Background in software development or technical projects.
Exposure to distributed/remote team management.
