Overview:
We're a fast-growing startup in the early stages of building something impactful — and we're looking for a Senior Software Engineer to take the lead in developing our core SaaS product from the ground up.
This is a high-ownership role ideal for a seasoned engineer who thrives in autonomous environments, enjoys solving complex problems, and wants to play a pivotal role in shaping a product and engineering culture.
Responsibilities:
Take full ownership of building and launching our initial SaaS dashboard
Design, develop, test, and deploy secure, scalable, and maintainable backend and frontend systems
Choose and implement the right architecture, tools, and technologies for long-term growth
Work directly with the founder and have a voice in product and business decisions
Build integrations with third-party services and develop APIs as needed
Lay the groundwork for a future engineering team and development processes
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience as a full-stack or backend software engineer
Proven track record in building and launching SaaS products independently
Strong skills in modern backend languages and frameworks (e.g., Node.js, Python, Ruby, Go, etc.)
Proficiency in frontend frameworks such as React, Vue, or similar
Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, etc.), CI/CD, and DevOps best practices
Familiarity with security, performance, and user experience best practices
Self-starter with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php80,000.00 - Php100,000.00 per month
Benefits: Work from home
Schedule: Monday to Friday, Night shift
