This role touches all aspects of HR— from recruitment and onboarding to employee engagement and compliance.
Assist in end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
Administer employee benefits, leave tracking, and attendance.
Support employee relations by addressing concerns and fostering a positive workplace culture.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices,
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases,
Coordinate training and development initiatives,
Assist in performance management processes and feedback cycles,
Contribute to HR initiatives that enhance company culture and employee experience.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a generalist or similar HR role
Strong knowledge of HR functions and labor regulations
Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Familiarity with HR tools or systems is a plus
