About The Position:

As a Tier 1 Technical Support Agent for Tyme Global Technologies, you will be the first point of contact for clients, resolving their technical issues and ensuring a positive experience with our software.

Primary Responsibilites

  • troubleshooting and resolving support tickets

  • providing user training

  • explaining technical information effectively.

You possess strong problem-solving and communication skills and have experience in technical support and customer service.
