Primary Deliverable: To achieve student number assigned by proactively contacting the leads, maximizing walk-ins and converting them into enrollments.
Achieving Monthly and Annual Enrollment Targets which have been finalized in consultation with Management
Qualifying Leads by calling through the CRM
Reaching 60-75 Leads on a daily basis
Manage the inquiry process and ensure effective closure
Plan and ensure timely follow-ups for all sales and marketing activities
To ensure timely collection of fees for various courses
Resolve parent concerns and queries sympathetically and escalate them to the Management as and when required
Ensure timely submission of Daily ,Weekly & Monthly reports
Handle administrative work related to joining, renewals and support all activities related to the management of students strength
Build a bond between the Management and the Student -Parent Community
Graduate with 2-3 years’ experience in Hospitality / Sales / Marketing / Front- Office
Excellent communication skills in english
A go-getter with a pleasing personality and good social skills
Self-driven, resourceful, and has the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines, multi-tasking.
Experience in an Front Office Sales will be an added advantage
Basic Administration knowledge
Experience with MS Office, Internet and fast typing speed is required.
Working Days - 6 days a week with Tuesday Off
Working Timing - Mon-Sat - 11-8pm / Sunday 9-6pm
Location - Kodambakkam
Salary Pkg- 18-22K based on experience
