We are a well-established e-commerce company with over a decade of experience and currently run 6 active Shopify stores. We specialize in Print-on-Demand apparel and personalized products. We're looking for a Rockstar E-commerce Virtual Assistant to join our growing remote team and become a key player in our long-term success.
Upload, manage, and optimize Shopify product listings (mainly POD & Apparel).
Use Teeinblue or similar personalization apps to create custom product workflows. (we will teach you if you don't have experience)
Monitor, update, and sync inventory levels across platforms.
Work with Listing Mirror (or similar inventory tools) to ensure listings are accurate and synced across channels.
Organize product data, assets, and variants with great attention to detail.
Collaborate with our team on launches, updates, and new product rollouts.
Follow detailed SOPs and improve processes where needed.
2+ years of Shopify experience.
Strong English communication skills
Reliable internet, computer, and a quiet work environment.
Time management with Hubstaff
Committed to working full-time, 9 AM – 5 PM EST (Philippine night shift).
Highly organized and able to follow detailed instructions.
Hands-on knowledge of Teeinblue or a similar app for personalized POD
Background in Print-on-Demand and/or Apparel
Experience with inventory management systems (preferably Listing Mirror).
Experience using apps like Canva or Photoshop.
Experience working with tools like ClickUp.
Knowledge of Shopify apps for filters, metafields, or product bundling.
Spreadsheet and Google Sheets proficiency.
