The Inside Sales Agent (ISA) is responsible for calling leads, qualifying potential clients, and setting appointments for the real estate team. The ISA is key in growing the business by building relationships and maintaining consistent follow-up.
Call, text, and email new leads daily.
Qualify buyers and sellers using provided scripts.
Set appointments for the agent or sales team.
Follow up with leads in the CRM
Keep detailed notes and update lead status.
Maintain a positive and professional attitude when speaking with clients.
Strong English communication skills (spoken and written).
Comfortable making outbound calls.
Organized and consistent with follow-ups.
Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
Real estate experience is a plus but not required.
