We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Administrative Assistant to support our team with daily operations. The ideal candidate will be proactive, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Provide administrative support to managers and team members.
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
Prepare, edit, and format documents, reports, and presentations.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
Maintain organized filing systems (electronic and physical).
Assist with data entry, record-keeping, and database management.
Support office operations, including ordering supplies and coordinating logistics.
Assist in planning and coordinating company events or meetings.
Perform other administrative duties as needed.
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred).
Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and/or Google Workspace.
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
