Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and knowledgeable Customer Success Manager to join our Revenue Team. Reporting directly to the Revenue Director, a co-founder, this role is crucial in enhancing client satisfaction and loyalty through exceptional service and support, managing customer retention, and acting as a liaison between customers and our software development team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring they understand how to use our platform to achieve optimal email deliverability.

  • Manage a book of business with responsibility for preventing customer churn and ensuring client satisfaction.

  • Act as an Email Deliverability Manager for top-tier clients, advising them on best practices and strategies to improve their email success rates.

  • Serve as the bridge between customers and the software development team, translating client feedback into actionable product improvements.

  • Utilize a thorough understanding of email deliverability principles to provide expert advice and support to our clients.

  • Maintain a high level of responsiveness and communication with clients through our main platforms: Slack, Intercom, and HubSpot.


  • Proven experience in customer success or sales development roles, ideally within technology or email-related industries.

  • Strong familiarity with sales engagement platforms like Instantly, Smartlead, Apollo, etc.

  • In-depth knowledge of email deliverability and best practices.

  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to learn new technologies quickly.

  • Proactive, resourceful, and able to work effectively in a dynamic startup environment.

  • Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.


At least 2 years of experience in customer success, sales development, or a closely related field.
